2. Description of Service

DynamicAPI provides automated Telegram bot hosting and management services. We provide the infrastructure and templates for users to deploy their own bots. We are not responsible for the content or behavior of user-deployed bots.

3. User Obligations

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your bot tokens and account credentials secure.
• You may not use our services for any illegal purposes, including phishing, scamming, or distributing prohibited content.
• You agree not to attempt to circumvent any platform limitations or security measures.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are handled via SValePay. Subscriptions are typically valid for 30 days. We do not offer refunds once a bot has been deployed, except in cases of catastrophic platform failure as determined by our team.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and bot deployments at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

DynamicAPI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the service or any downtime of your bots.
